How Should I Make Liquid Thc?

    I have an e cig (Nuvo) and I wanna be able to smoke bud out of it so I can use it in my house. The only problem is tht you can't just put grinded weed in it, it has to be a liquid or oil for it to vaporize. I looked it up and found the idea if making a tincture which would be putting weed in a jar with 100 proof vodka for 2 weeks or so, the ratio of vodka to tree is about 4:1. Just wondering, would this be a good process to use or do u guys have any better ideas?

    Well, you wouldn't use liquor, but instead 99% rubbing alcohol, and 2 weeks is way too long. As far as using an e-cig.. it's not gonna work out, just trust me on that.
