How should i go about writing a letter to my credit card company about illegal stuff?

  1. I am writing to my credit card company to reverse my funds that were paid to Seed Boutique.

They told me I need to write a letter and fax it to them (gave me a reference number and a fax number) and I am wondering exactly how I should keep what i was trying to order quiet.

Like they asked me to put some email references that I have from the merchant and include them in my letter as proof, but I dont want to put 'from info@seedboutique.com' because if they go to that site they're gonna be like 'wtf this dude was buying pot seeds.' lol. cant have that.

so do you think its necessary that I include the actual email address or the email alone? I feel like its not really valid without the address...and on my credit card statement it is listed as "SBN" and thats all they took it as SBN merchant, and I'd like to keep it like that.

    any tips/ideas/suggestions?
