As you may know, virginia is to marijuana as saudi arabia is to alcohol. If I am to purchase through dcseedexchange (since I live 30 miles from D.C.) or any other american seed bank and I have it delivered to my house with my name and paying qith bitcoin or paypal invoice, is it too risky to do it this way? I chose dcseedexchange not only because of the close proximity to dc but also because since im so close to it I wouldnt imagine it having the diacrete package containing the seeds to go to some random airport wheres theres cops and dogs to search vigorously for any weed.
