How often should my ebb n flow flood and drain?

    How often should my ebb n flow flood and drain (How many times a day) also for how long should it go for?

    Ps Probably would help to know I am using hydroton.

    i flood my tables 3 times while the lights are on for 15 min. seems to be plenty for my setup.
