    I'm super intrigued to hear your guys' answer on this. Also open to hearing your profession as well if you're willing to share.

    I was in the medical field for almost 30 years, you could be random tested at any time. I think I only had 5-6 tests in all that time. But you had no notice.

    Only after an injury/ accident AND they suspect something. I was actually in an accident a couple months ago and was back working the next day because I was genuinely sorry and admitted my mistake.
    Almost called my family and told them I was going to be fired right after though lol, really fuckin scared me and made me wonder whether smoking is really worth it or not

    I work through a temp agency and they tested me at the interview/onboarding...But I got paid for the time and they don't test for weed.

    My job will test for any accident though, and they will test for weed...I drive a tugger in a warehouse, so far the only things I've nailed are the guardrails. There's still time to take someone out if they're incredibly slow and dimwitted though.:coolalt:
