how much water do you put in a bubbler?

in both my triple bubblers and single bubbler i always put the water to where it was barely obove the bottom of each of the stems

 

Fill it up a LOT.

Then just keep hitting it fast, if water gets in your mouth spit it out. Keep doing this until no water splashes up.

 

and it'll quench ur thirst
