With HID lighting I'd be looking for 3x volume per minute. You have (near as damnit) 54 cubic feet of space. So 162cfm (cubic feet per minute) fans ought to do you. If you're using flouros you'll get away with a lot less.
I think since Rabiez was exact, then he deserves a percentage of your crop. Im his self promoted agent, lets say 15% of total weight, of course my 5% agent fee comes out of that.
