I took 2 capsules of digestive enzymes 5 minutes before i take a half serving of super mass gainer from Dymatize. (LACTASE 4,500 ALU, PROTEASE 15,000 HUT, AMYLASE 7,000 DU, PAPAIN 280,000 FCCPU, each capsule) When i drank the shake i got bloating and diarrhea, maybe the enzymes had not reached the intestine yet and i have to wait more time before drink the shake. Also i openned the capsules and threw the powder directly in the shake but it did not dissolve and it stayed at the bottom of the shake, so it did not work.
