How much longer do I have before done? (not anxious, fear being ready too early)

So I started super late with an outdoor grow (July)

Unlike the typical "impatient" grower, I am worried that these have matured too quickly.

They didnt get the best veg being in buckets and starting late etc.

So my question is... how much longer can I grow this stuff before waiting longer hurts me in quality?

I got these as clones claimed to be "Cherry Pie" which is claimed to be "Granddaddy Purple" x "Durban Poison"

Thank you for the feedback. The :edit: pistils are more brown than Id like at this point but the trich's are still pretty clear.
