huh? how many bulbs do you have ?and whats the wattage....light must be of the proper spectrum and intensity in order for a perfect grow
well the general rule of thumb is 100 watts per plant or 3,000 lumens per plant...one 40 watt bulb isn't enough.... look into getting some CFL's if you on a budget grow like 3-4 26 watt cfl's will do the trick for one plant
