How much better is 1:1 for pain relief than a regular strain of it?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by the123321, Jul 24, 2020.

  1. How much of a difference is there in smoking or making edibles with a 1:1 instead of a regular strain if it is for pain relief and helping someone sleep through a nagging pain for it on there?

  2. Cannabis effects vary to much from person to person to cover a blanket statement like that.
All I can offer is my own personal experience and that of a few people I gift my oil to. THC fights pain better then CBD for me and mine. Your basic cannabis does the job far better then CBD alone or in anything skewed to the heavy CBD side.

Try both for sure as your results may differ. However, With THC comes the stone. It is part and parcel of the drug. The edible oil capsules I make fight my pain very effectively but I'm permanently stoned. It is a fair trade off for me as I don't mind the effects. Your patient may have very different feeling about the tradeoff.
