how much ambien can i take without fear of overdose?

I dont know man, if you havent done it before you need to be real careful. The fucked up thing is your gonna black out alot. when your tripping, there are good portions of whole nights I dont remember, but am told I was SUPER FUCKED. but me and a friend did 14 together. I do not recomend taking that dose to ANYONE. It was a stupid thing for me to do, and am surprised I didnt OD.

 

I've had hazy nights and little blackouts from 1. I would check erowid and read a few trip reports to get a feel for dosage, it's what I do with most drugs first...although I usually come here too so I guess you're well on your way.

Personally I'm not a big fan of Ambien. I'd rather not sleep than take that shit regularly. Makes me a zombie.

 

I've taken 3, one swallowed the other 2 snorted and I cant remember shit, but I was nauseas when I came down.
