How many watts for seedlings?

    Hey guys, i am attempting my first grow. I have a 600w hps/mh light but I know that will be too strong to start. I was going to start my seedlings on CFLs 6500k and then switch over to the MH.

    If I am starting 4 plants in a solo cup how many watts and or bulbs would you guys reccomend?

    I start mine with 60 watts as plant gets taller like 3-4 inches I bump up to 120 watts just because

    Start with the cfl after a week or two switch over
