    I'm growing in a small plastic cup with holes at the bottom. I've never grew weed before

    Regular ground soil.

    Using soil out of your yard is a bad idea. Google soil for cannabis or these forums.

    Why would you start an outside grow in mid August in the UK? Doesn't make any sense.
