should be grown in a 2.5ft high by 1ft wide by 10in deep container? also, can i get lights to fit in that area? and, if i use florescents, do i need ventalation since they dont give off heat? Thanks...
You may be able to get 2 plants in that space. I think a plant per sq. foot is a reasonable formula. You might want to look into LST since you have a limited height. Remember your light will have to hang, thus take up space as well as your pots will be a couple inches high. Yes, ventilation is imperative. Your plants need to breathe. =D
High Joka! floros DO give off heat. not as much as HID, but too much for the size you are talking. Not to mention the plants NEED fresh air along with CO2. Id say start w/ 2-3 chop the males and train the ladies. To me, its too small an area for me to waste the time, but hey wherethere is a will-there's a way. Peace and GL, TBug
