I dont have a smart phone, i use my ipod touch.
But yeah lol, i agree 100%...
I actually should go to bed right now, but im browsing GC....
I always stay up later than i should, and its definetly because of my ipod.

 

I usually just go on grasscity mostly and twitter sometimes but not like the people who post a tweet every hr
And porn in bed sometimes. Ive made my girl watch it wit me in bed before to

Facebook is eh, when I'm really bored and I checked all the recent threads on here id check it.


I was actually up til like 5 in the morning lurking the old GC threads... SO hard not too reply too em, (talking about when drug talk was allowed)

But of course I refrained

 

its funny how we've become so dependent on technology. what would happen if one day you woke up and nothing worked?

 

I turn my phone off when I go out for a meal with a friend or lady otherwise it is on but it is not meant for constant nonsense.

im constantly on my iphone scrolling thru my facebook, random web searching, youtube, grasscity, ect...and if i dont have my phone or its dead im always still reaching for it until i sadly realize a sec later that i dont have it or the batteries dead

 

I have had an iPhone 4 for about a year and a half. I have hardly any apps haha. Outside of regular phone functions, I really only use it to check the news and stock market. I do stay up on my laptop very late though, just browsing various forums and stuff. I never knew this many people used their phones for the majority of their internet activity.

 

I use mine way too much.

I don't really need it, but I definitely use it too much. I suppose it would be weird to suddenly not have...

 

No problems here! I don't have a smart phone. Just a land line!

And I don't do facebook. (The List's facebook is done by a friend in Australia.)

I'm old-fashioned in a lot of ways, but it works for me!

Broke my phone the other day, had to dig out some fossilized ipod and wired headphones. No news updates to read on the toilet at work. Stratosphere should be here today but yea, I've been roughing it for a few days now.

 

Fuck that, if im out with someone and on my phone it directly pertains to plans being made. GC, fb, random texts, and all the other shit can wait till im alone and got nothing better to do.

I've seen entire tables at restaurants and bars sitting there on their cell phones tweeting YOLO and FB'ing about how good a time they're having. Shits saddening.

 

im not that bad when it comes to my smartphone, especially compared to some - who have it real bad.
i can go a day with barely checking it or worrying about it. even when i hear a text i wont check it for hours. then there are times where im using it alot, but thats for news, grasscity, solitaire, crosswords, googlemaps and checking emails, but its not a constant thing. if i totalled my hours on my phone per day, it would probably be around 1 in total, with that time being used up by solitaire and crosswords while commuting on the subway

not long ago, i tried dating this girl, who when i first met seemed pretty chill. on the two dates we went on her fuckin data phone was constantly in her hand, and she was always fucking on it, even when we were talking. she would try and show me shit on facebook, talk about her blog and stuff, even play the odd game. what confused me was the fact that she really wanted to spend time with me, yet when we hung out she was on her phone 90% of the time.
fuckin annoying. now i dont message her at all. fuck that shit
