CBD Tinctures How many mg per ml in my recipe?

Discussion in 'CBD Oil' started by Uniqueusername61, Oct 21, 2020.

  1. I made cbd oil and this is my recipe
1 1/2 cups of coconut oil with 28 grams of cbd flower at 14 % cbd. So how many mg in a ml for my oil?

  2. A quick Google search of "edible mg calculator" will give you a bunch of results... Here's the 1st result lol

  3. You have potential 3,920 mg of CBD in 354 ml or 11 potential mg per ml. I say potential because you can lose 25% or more when extracting.
    28,000 X 14 % = 3920 mg
    3920/354 (ml in a 1 1/2 cup)= 11.07 mg/ml.
If you leave the herb in the oil you get the whole 3,920 mg. Otherwise subtract 25% from result, giving you 8.3 mg/ml.

  4. Excellent I’m satisfied with that. And thank you for the math, something I’m not good at.
