How long weed stay in ur system

    hello peeps,
    I would like to know how long weed stays in urine and blood?
    I am a heavy smoker I recently stopped last weekend due to and incident that occurred and I'm scared it'll happen again. I applied for school and there making me do a drug test by December. What can I do to speed up the process in taking away anything in my system?

    exercise, exercise and then exercise some more.. it depends on each person how long it will stay in their system a skinny person with fast metabolism will get clean faster than a fat person

    You can't fool the system with worrying, so drink a Dr. Pepper before your mouth swab test and pass.

    idk about urinalysis though, never had a payscale higher than minimum wage.

    Exercise a lot and drink tons of water. Oh and hope for the best!
