How much longer you guys think she has? And what should I do to prepare for harvest? First time grower here. Do I wait until a week left and just stop watering/feeding and then harvest?

I don't see any pictures, but keep watering and stop nutrients about 2 weeks before harvest for most outdoor grows. You are simply "flushing" the nutrients from the plant.
