How long until I get my urine test results back?

    Okay, so I smoked a blunt saturday morning. I had a surprise test Wednesday afternoon. I worked out 3x a week, drank ALOT of water, took my b-vitamins and have a good metabolism. Also, im 6"1, 140 pounds and 4.8% body fat.
     
    So, I took the urine test. My doctors office couldn't do it, so I went straight to the lab. I took it at the lab, and then left. How long until they get the results and how long until they notify my parents?
