How long to Veg for

  1. Hey guys I was wondering how long should I Veg for? I have my girls in a 3x3 and I’m not necessarily looking for a pound harvest but a couple ounces per plant will make me happy for my first grow. These girls are on day 35/ week 5 from sprout. How much longer should I Veg for. The wait is driving me crazy. This will be the last time I run photos. My nerves are only set up for autos. A friend told me to Veg for 4 months. Screw that lol. Will 2 more weeks from today suffice and I can switch them to flower?

  2. Im no photoperiod god but i always plan on them doubling in size. so when you hit that point flip the lights...

  3. I usually flip at 3-4 weeks from sprout.

  4. Since you only have a 3x3 if you let them get very much bigger they will be awfully crowded by harvest time. Another 2 weeks should do nicely.

  5. You should get that 3rd plant in a larger pot then flip when you're plants are filling at least 80% of the area when you look down from above.

  6. I don’t typically go by number of weeks unless I’m familiar with the strain. Like said above, go with expecting to double the size once flipped. I only do one plant in my 3x3 but I grow it out to the walls. 64966560538__4590960B-B822-4253-9BC1-421BAB0FCC61.JPG

  9. I would give them a good soak, as they look very dry and the leaves are starting to drop.
Could lift the light as the edges are starting to lift, but overall your plants look great, I would top the plants and keep the cutting and root them, pull the sides down to fill the canopy space, if you get a full canopy of shoots, even 10" high, 3 weeks in flower (12/12) will give you 2oz's
The most important thing is to keep the canopy level.

  10. If you're not looking to maximize your space, time and money flip whenever. Personally I want to fill my tent every grow since it takes the same amount of work. Normally it's a 2 month veg I wait until my plants are touching before flip a trellis net helps even the playing field
