Just out of curiosity... how long do you have after the sacks become visible on the male plant before they open up and start releasing pollen?
Depends on the strain and conditions. If you want to remove males then do so as soon as possible once you are sure they are male.

Yeah, days, a week or maybe two at the most, not multiple weeks. Those male MJ plants are about as horny as us human males are.
Yeah, big dif is no condom for the plant, it just spurges all over the place very indiscriminate, can pollenate a female a mile away or more. Damn if I could do that I'd be a porn star or something.
