How long should I let this on the stove?

    I'm making weed brownies and i used a half o of mids. I grinded it up and everything and it has been on the stove on a low setting for the bast hour and fourty approx. When should i take it off and filter it?

    BTW its mixed with cooking oil. Can the oil burn if I leave it too long? What should I do? Thanks in advance

    Please help someone haha I don't want this to burn but I don't want to take it off to early what should I do :confused:

    How much oil did you use, and what kind? Vegetable/Canola, I assume? And no worries -- you're still good. Don't fret about your oil. 8) Just chill out and I'll respond whenever you do.

    Also: How dark is your weed in the oil? Still slightly green? Brown? Black? What about the oil itself? How hot is the oil? I know you said low -- but is it bubbling, boiling, etc.,?

    It's dark brown I just took it off the stove. A little over 2 hours is enough right

    Yeah, that should be good. If it's dark brown, then it's likely absorbed some of the THC. Don't get me wrong -- brown is the color you want it to be in the end, yet being brown is not a definite indicator. 2 hours on a low setting should have an okay yield. What color is your strained oil?

    The oil is a dark brown almost blackish color

    Well hopefully you extracted all of the THC you can. Let us know how it goes! ;)
