I've grown before, but never finished flowering... I'm growing again under more and better lights , but it seems to be taking a lot longer time.... My plants sprouted 13 days ago, and allthough it's very bushy, is still very short, maybe an inch and a half or so.... My question is, how long does it take YOU, the one reading this, to grow to about 6 inches or so? Please tell me how long and what type of setup youre using..... For instance, my grow box is 2 by 2 right now with three 29w cfl in it.... All focused on one plant... I've gottena lot of heat burn and possible nut burn.... If anyone can give me tips besides buying anew light, please tell me that as well.... Thanks to everyone, Grasscity rocks... The people here are great.
let it veg for about 2 month or so... once it hit 12 inches, u can start flowering.. the shorter it stays the better...u dont want it to strech out.... some poeple put there plant too flower once the plant is 10 inches tall...
My plant is not streching at all.... It's got tonsss of branches forming in only 1.5 inches of growth... It just has taken quite some time now just to get it to grow that high... Does this seem ok, or not?
They do grow quickly and sounds like you are doing well for 13 days in. Give it some time and add some ventilation or a fan blowing heat off the plants/lights. Will help strengthen the stems to have a fan on the plants as well. Will help them support the buds they produce in flowering. Gg
