Had my ppms a little too high for veg. stage, about 360 where they should be around 100-200. Tommorow I'm going to change out the water completely, my question is how long does it take aproximately for the plants to get back into gear?? should I see results immediately>?
What makes you think that's too high to veg? You need to read your plants feeding. There is no set ppm. 1-200 would work fine in seedling or early veg but a larger plant may want more. If you caused salt lock out it will take some time to recover, say 1-2 weeks. Monitor ppm swings and act accordingly. Ok..... Bizie, I changed the water out today completely with a ending result of 5.5 PH and 50PPM. What do you think?
I cant give a opinion without knowing what your readings have been or at least a picture of the plant. What has your ppm been doing? How often have you been feeding and at what strength? What is the age of the plant, height, medium, lighting, environment(temp, rh, air flow)? All of these are factors that can change the needs of the plant. Please be very specific. At best I can say 50ppm is very low and I would only run that for seedlings or clones.
hey bizie here's an update for you.... photo's to come soon temps are constantly 70-75, relative humidity about 40 ppm is now at 170 due to the b-52 additive i put in yesterday. lights are 100w fluro, about 4'' from tops of plants, keeping my indica where it needs to be height of plants about 5'' with really good density. color is good, dark green.
