How long does it take to recieve your order

    i ordered a pipe about three weeks ago and i havent recieved anything i was just wondering how long it takes other people to get there pipes

    However it is also dependent on how busy the City shop is. For example, around the holidays it takes a little longer due to all the increased traffic.

    My middle of the road production bubbler order is over a month old and has yet to be shipped. 2 weeks ago they told me it would ship WITHIN 2 WEEKS and I would be notified. Well, I havn't been notified.

    Maybe you should go to the support page and send them all of your information. Also, send an email to support@grasscity.com. You should hear something soon if you do that.
