How long does it take for opium to hit?

    After you hit some, say in a hand pipe, how long does it take for the full effects to come on?

    A couple minutes. It doesnt last for very long either, maybe an hour.

    Greatly amplified by weed or not really in your opinion? I would say so personally, but it seems that opium has a very subtle effect overall.

    most definitely amplified by herb, personally, id throw a benzo in the mix as well (xanax, valium, klonopin)

    Well, in my experience, it hits almost instantly. It can creep up on you if you're not careful too, so don't smoke too much.

    Yeah for sure, though I am not sure if I have ever smoked opium without weed.

    i hate mixing it with weed. i smoke separate bowls.
