How long do you wait for it to rain before you manually water?

idk every 5-9 days. all depends on weather

 

AS That70sshow said. If your spot is in full Sun and they lack water, they'll die in 2-3 days. I need to water manually as it rdoesn't rain a lot here. Even when it does rain, I need to water myself. I use water crystals and vermiculite in the mix to water less often.

 

2-3 days 1/2 gal rain or no rain... and when it does rain alot it seem to lower my PH in my soil.. so i use 6.8 water to counter act it.. my pots 80% roots 20% soil
