How long do you lst?

    At what point in the grow do you stop lst and let her fly?

    For me it's when my scrog net is fully covered.

    If not scrogging then I'd stop when the plant has nice coverage of the grow area.

    Ok. I'm 10 days after flip and have been tying down every other day and it's getting tiresome.

    I don't use a net/trellis and don't stop till about the middle of the stretch..week 2ish of flower. 20210210_105316_HDR.jpg

    When they stop growing. I LST then LST and supercrop daily to keep the canopy as even as possible.

    When the canopy stops growing, I stop

    I would say the height is irrelevant. Your main goal is for the canopy to entirely fill the grow space surface area by the end of flowering stretch. You periodically adjust the light to the optimum height for your light. You're almost there. If you get annoyed with LST a much quicker and lazier solution is to supercrop.
