How long do you have to be a resident of CO for before you can get an MMJ license?

  1. I just moved here in May, I've been working since June, and signing a lease in August. Would I qualify as a Colorado resident? What do you have to have to meet this stip?

  2. Colorado
That should cover most of it but as someone who has been looking into this myself, from what I've read:

You need proof of residency (anything in your name with a CO address or an ID) and that's it. There is no wait time. Upon receiving a doctor's recommendation and prior to receiving your red card, from what I've read, you can use that rec. and many dispensaries will honor it. I've heard conflicting reports on this but I've read this so many times that I imagine that at least SOME places will let you in. If not, you will need to wait for the paperwork to process which, again from what I've read, can take up to 90 days but usually takes less.

    Good luck!
