hi people just switched to 12/12 light schedule and I wanted to know how long it takes to be able to see signs of male/female?? more importantly how long I can leave the males before they pollinate females and ruin my whole crop??? thanks
It can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks. Usually takes about 5-7 days. You should pull the males as soon as you determine them to be males.
I think it depends a lot on how long you veg your plants. I only vegged mine for 3 weeks, and it took 15 days to sex.
