i was going to say be ware of insidesun because they sell alot of refurbished ballasts, but that one says new and for the $, fucking go for it! i'm kicking myself in the ass for not getting a 430w (mine's 400w) 'cause i've heard from many a person that the extras 30w makes a big difference. good warranty on that too. do it.
It won't do 20 plants though. Do you realize that even under Sea of Green(SOG) it will still take a 5x5 for that you will need a min of 1000watt and any other growing scheme will take a very large room. Dont forget though wiht the lowryders with in 20 days ill kill the males so ill only have around 10 plants.
