Definitely get a hold of him. I've read a lot of your posts/threads and it sounds like you're the kind of prson who throws a fit when things don't go his way. And who the fuck calls someone a cunt in a formal letter? Maybe if you had better people skills your Santa movement would take off. You've gotta pick your battles man.
Just wondering, when you have appeared in court in front of the Judge, and you act all crazy and irrational . Has the Judge ever ordered you to be held for 48hrs observation at any point? Just Pay the fines and move on please/ Santa is far to busy this time of year to sweat the small stuff Right?
Man you don't get how courts work do you. It's a system. You're a number not a person. And they don't care about you. You've already been found guilty, they will now stop at nothing to collect what is owed. Here's what will happen if you don't pay: 1. You won't be able to drive anywhere - period. If you drive on a suspended license you now run the risk of having whatever car you're driving impounded. 2. Eventually your fines will go to collection, and it's the WORST kind of credit negative you can have. 3. There will be a bench warrant issued for your arrest, meaning at any time if you're stopped by a police officer and they look you up you can be arrested and jailed. The longer it takes for you to pay them, the worse it will get. Oh and it will go on your credit history and show up in a background check meaning that jobs that do that sort of thing won't touch you. Such the wrong way of going about it. There isn't a person available on the phone that can do anything about your traffic fines. PERIOD. You can't call up and magically get them waived. It doesn't work like that. IF you can even get someone on the phone the only thing they'll be likely able to do is set up a payment plan. That's it. Ranting and raving on the phone won't do anything except get your account flagged in their computer system. All because you BELIEVE that they haven't treated you with respect. WRONG. You haven't treated THEM with the respect that the court system DEMANDS. Earned or not, the court system demands to be treated with respect and you have none for it. ERGO you're going to be treated like a number, less than human. You haven't earned shit with them. And that's the way it is. You need to accept that and figure out how to work within their system. You need to understand this: NO judge will EVER apologize to you for anything. PERIOD. YOU aren't anything to them, again except a number and a case. That's it. And it's not even a big case, it's fucking traffic tickets. Do you know how many traffic tickets are seen in a traffic court in a day? YOU are insignificant to them Scott. YOU do not exist to them except as a number and a case. That's it. They put you through the very same system that they put MILLIONS of people through every single day. So stop. Just stop. Pay the fucking fine and be done with it. Continuing this quest is tilting at windmills and you are doing your best Don Quixote impression. Except that you don't have a horse or a Sancho Panza.
Good luck to you, Santa. I'm behind you 100%. For Far too long have these corrupt whores sitting on their fat asses passing unfair monetary judgement on humble citizens. And what do we do? What can we do? We have to sit there and take it. The masses have brain washed into believing they can't stand up to the oppressors. Well, I'm tired of taking it. It's time to fight back. Viva la Revolucion! Viva Santa!
This past week, I saw an ad for Captain Morgan's Black Label. I have an editor of a bartender and drink magazine interested in working on the Santa Claus drink contest, so this idea is fresh in my mind. So, I sent them an email asking them if they want to get involved, and even offered this suggestion: The White Beard Label. HA HA HA. This idea made me laugh out loud, which is the only reason I contacted them. They got back to me, and asked for more info...Really not sure what I am going to tell them. The point is. so what if I am a few bricks short of a building. Being able to ask every single industry known to man to get involved in the Santa movement can be kind of fun, but would do so much good for others. I fucking smile every day. This is getting fun again.
You make me believe in humanity. But notvreally cause everyones just out to get theirs...
But almost everyones pretty spot on, pay the fine, and get back to work santa. Like i want a pound for christmas.
I found this quite entertaining. You let us know how not doing what a judge wants works out for you...
