How I got treated when I said Marijuana Helped

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by HighAsFuck247, Nov 29, 2011.

  1. I was extremely depressed as a child. I first tried marijuana at age 18. I am now 21 years old. I was suicidal until I smoked it. I now forgot of how I ever wanted to hurt myself like that. That was the first thing that angered the local medical facility in the United States. They found an excuse to call me crazy. I would say it played out like this. They were like "You don't know anyone can hear the voice you think with", therefore your dangerous and controlled. BAM! Now I went crazy when I questioned the guilt trip that was forced on me. Why was it illegal? Why did my parents disown me for it? then of course DID IT REALLY HELP. this is the point where I went crazy. I feel that, if they can treat you this low, you have the right to use it. Especially when it saved my life bitch. THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE.

  2. What state were you in?

My doctor gave me a mmj rec after I told him marijuana helped me...lol

  3. Mine told me to stop because pain clinics are pill pushers. Although I was able to get Marinol, Im in FL btw, which was nice at first, but is a joke compared to any amount of bud.

  4. Stop taking marinol immediately. It is highly addictive and has almost no medical benefits compared to the risks

  5. I call BULLSHIT on that...

    It's processed pot....

  6. I usually trade a few for extra bud. Trust me if I could get strains that do everything I need Id stay with bud alone. But, seeing as how I have no appetite and I can only get indica dominant bud in my town, I use both. Hopefully FL will pass one of these mmj bills

  7. Indica's are better for appetite stimulation but if you must take marinol try to keep it under 30 mg. After that you run the risk of seizures or worse

  8. Dude go to drugs.com and it's listed as a side effect. Also having taken marinol medically I can personally say there are withdrawal symptoms

Although, unlike natural cannabis, Marinol has been the cause of death in at least 4 cases!

Highas, medical science IS catching up with you!

It is one thing when you ( :smoking: ) say that it helps to your doctor (or parents).

It is totally another when you have a dozen or so PubMed studies backing you up! Click that first link in my sig for the studies you need! :D

And hon, take your Omega 3! It works with THC to fight depression!

  10. I was using my personal experience along with other people I know that have used it while being treated at either the mayo clinic or hospitals and unless you've taken it clinically for long periods of time you shouldn't be saying it can't be addictive (not attacking you granny) but quite frankly what i've noticed is that after long time use once you stop you get irritable and shaky
