how high shud my light be

    how high above my seedlings shud my 400w lamp be, they will be in a propegator so shud the lid of that b on or off ???

    (all inside a grow tent with 4 plants all in )

    if you know the exact lumen of your seedlings then here is the solution...

    I'd start them a few feet away from the tops at least. Progressively move them a little closer everday to slowly aclimate them to the HID lighting.

    so how many inches do you reckon then lay approx
