    It's not the eyes. You're acting stoned or worse, you're trying to act like you're not stoned. The eyes only confirm the suspicion. If your eyes are all clean and shiny, you've removed the suspicion of weed and now people will think you're just a dumb-ass. Keep them red. Like all the time.
