Me and my girlfriend have really been looking into moving to California for multiple obvious reasons. We want to live on the beach for sure, so we are looking at places in SoCal like Long Beach or Oceanside..something not too far from LA and not more than a few blocks walk to the beach. Anyone know how hard it would be for us? She's 19 and Im turning 21 real soon. She has a great job that allows her to work anywhere via internet, with good pay..about 2-4g a month. Meanwhile I want to start up growing some super dank buds in our apt and basically living off my harvests every few months. Planning for a 6 plant 1200w DWC hydro grow. Does anyone have some advice or warnings?? Im coming from MN so I know it will be waayyy different. Any and all feedback is greatly welcomed and appreciated!
first off, hope the move is nice, IF you do go through with it. i've lived in cali my whole life, and never visited anywhere else, but i think it's a chill little state haha. as for the whole beachfront property, it can get a little expensive, but maybe 2-4g's would be enough? the title INSTANTLY made me think that you were a SUPER innocent person, and assumed that cali was gang filled and a horrible place- glad that this was wrong lol.
Lol not so innocent but idk kinda worried about Compton if we choose LB. How hard is it for an average 21 yo male to get a decent job there? Ive done weeks of research on the perfect city and apt and everything but blaaahhhh so much shit to read thru. Kinda wanted some peoples opinions who already live there.

Well you guys are close enough lol yeah...not naked but basically a lingerie model. On the other subject...Oceanside, seems nice yeah. The damn apts are like 1800 a month for the ones we want. She HAS to have a washer/dryer in the unit and that just increases the rent a few hundred dollars I swear.
