how full do i fill my waterpipe?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by FLIGHT6, Aug 31, 2008.

  1. i know at least to the its past the pin in the middle but does any higher than that make a difference?

Does it filter more higher or the same amount?

  2. just cover the downstem
you want chamber space that gets you more stoned. ( bigger hit )
Ill try to find a pic some ware

  3. just enough until it bubbles, that all you want. :smoking:

  4. Actully, the size hit you take is directly relivant to your lung capacity.

Altho you can change the thickness of the smoke and take a larget hit if you do so properly with a large bong, but I doubt that the OP has one of these, given that he feels the need to ask this.

To the OP: diffrent people like it diffrent amounts. putting in more water creates more drag, or makes it harder to inhale. On the other hand, it can sometimes make your hit smoother. On some bongs, it appears to do the reverse. Experiment and see what works for your particular bong.

  5. well its about half way full and it seems to be good.

but if i put a low amount would it filter the same?

  6. thanks for the awesome advice.

Its medium sized with a pretty big water chamber

  7. i usualy fill till its just above the stem. ( so water covers the holes in the stem ) but barely over

  8. i have a mini bubbler which ant fit ice down in to the chamber. can a freeze a small layer of ice on the bottom or is that likley to crack it. and if i do that will it even make a difference

  9. I've always prefered to bring the water just to cover the hole in the stem (or perc holes on my bong) by approx. 1/3 of an inch.
