how far should the lights be from my plants?

    right now theyre about 2 weeks old
    what distance should i keep between the lights and the plants in each stage?

    if cfls put em about 3-4 inches away.......just feel the back of ur hand by the light...if its too hot, its too hot for ur plant...there more delicate but ya cfls about 3 inches..
