How far do i keep a 150watt LED above plant

    Ok so i will be receiving my 150 watt LED dual mode light system tomorrow maybe today fingers crossed anyhow i got some 4 girlscout crossed with northern light and 2 newly confirmed females of my new breed of afghan crossed with masterkush just started flowering 1 week ago almost. I have 2 hps lights on all my girls but want to know what 1 i should place my new LED light over for extra light and how high above canopy should i put my led it has 2 fans on it and dual mode for veg and flowering n bloom i never used LED in my life and i dont wanna screw this up i really need my medicine for i got my 3rd back surgery monday and ill need the best bud i can creat for pain relief for my back 3 surgeries in 1 year and im not even in my thirties fml. Lol i can post pics if that may help.

    I grow with LED's. I veg I'll keep them around 18 inches away
    In flower I'll keep them as close as 10 inches sometimes even closer. No issues for me, no burning, no bud getting light bleached. Hope this helps

    It depends on the Led?
    seedlings 24-30”
    Veg 18-24
    Bloom 12-18

    That’s not for all LEDs but for a lot of the purple panel lights. Go by what the manufacturer says.

    Even seedlings. I've got two different panels and I'm never more than 18 inches in the beginning...

    I start at the manufacture ratings and adjust depending on overall plant reaction. If they don't stretch then why move the light any closer.
    I had a 390 watt led 30-36 inchs from canopy in a scrog before to encourage stretch; but still no stretching.

    Its good to test how close you can get for sure. My plants are happiest when the lights farther; than closer. I move my lights up and down also, to vary the intensity and keep the plants stimulated.

    I got it 13 inches above canopy its got a good light that expands a little more wider than hps lumens are 2660 i think its better than my hps
