you want 100w at a minimum, aim 6500K for veg, 2700K for flower. CFLs are easy to add

 

It will, you need about 100w for 1 plant, but if you want a good yield, shoot for 150w or more. Maybe check out the 60+ watt range on 1000bulbs. Also remember not to get one with a mogul base...
