How would you go about removing money? How would you get people to work for free? I assume they brought up the "advanced technology" to do everything idea... well how will we get all this set up without money? Who will risk spending all their money to try this? If you want to go back to the cave men days go for it. Just don't bring everyone else down with you. Damn zeitgeist movies... always making good points about our flaws in government (except first movie, that was just terrible)... but always coming up with the most ignorant solutions possible. Oh and I don't have much opinion on government. It is an inevitable part of civilization.
There is no way to alter our society to run without money. The only way would be to start from scratch. People will work for free if they are guaranteed necessities to prolong life, food, water, shelter. Unfortunately this idea is unpleasant to the mass of petty materialists who feel the need to be surrounded by unnecessary things to feel important. And who would spend all their time and money for this? They are called revolutionaries
the government effects everything you do, what you eat, what you wash yourself with, taxes. honestly, the government tells companies what they can and cant use in there products ect. everything.
