how does one find doctors that readily prescribe mj?

    the title explains everything--I'm looking to get a club card for medicinal use (i have a number of legitimate reasons--chronic shoulder pain, can't sleep, i have trouble keeping my weight up).

    Is there a listing of doctors that are in favor of marijuana and will prescribe it if I go and tell my symptoms? cuz i don't just wanna walk into any doctor's office and try to get it.
