Have you changed the light cycle yet? The plant looks healthy. 18/6 for vegging, 12/12 for flowering. Most plants won't show sex until you change the light. The light change starts flowering.
We're gonna need time and a closer shot of the stem to determine gender. Looks good though- keep it up.
