    so if you have a club card for medical use of cannibis, does having thc in your piss at the drug testing stop you from getting a job or is it ok because its a priscription?

    It's not a prescription its a reccomendation, and MMJ patients have no protection. So in essense, yes if you fail a UA you can be denied a job. If you have a prescription to Dronabinol, which is legal THC, then yes you could dispute that on a UA.
