How does a lab test if your urine is diluted?

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by M lbudl J, Feb 24, 2010.

  1. Anyways..I just got 18months probe and wont be lessened unless i appeal(i plan on doin if i get good grades to show judge) But anyways I went to my probation officer yesterday and she said a new probation officer will call you next week or the following week to set up an appointment which im guessing is a urine test. So what I plan on doing is drinking tons of water and take pill its vitamin B complex with C which should make my piss yellow. But how does it test if its diluted or not??
    Also the piill contains

    Vitamin c 300mg
    Thiamin-18mg
    Riboflavin-10mg
    Niacin-50mg
    vitmin b-6 5mg
    vitamin b12 50mcg
    flic acid-400mcg
    biotin-50mcg
    pantothenic acid-10mg
can niacin show up on tests? cause ive read alot sayin stop takin niacin 3days before test or something

  2. It really depends on how strict the lab doing your testing is. Some labs I've passed a test by simply drinking tons of water and my piss was nearly clear and they didn't care.

Otherwise they test for specific vitamins and creatine levels in your urine. If you really want to be sure you pass, go to your local head shop and they should have different pills that will put the correct amount of vitamins / creatine in your bladder and you just have to drink however much water it says on the package.

My personal routine is to drink tons of water but still urinate until my urine is nearly clear, then take the pill and follow it with the amount of water they say to drink. I might be needlessly doing it but it's worked for years so I'm not looking to stop now.
