earlier i posted about my computer having issues with google and the majority of the people who replied said i need to reformat my computer. it has windows 7, i didn't get any disc or anything it was already installed on my laptop when i got it. Can someone please tell me how to reformat it? Thanks
You need a copy of Windows 7. Then you start the computer with it in the drive. Get into setup, delete the partition and Windows will create a new one and install.. Back everything up first.
