I like my steak done.... like i really don't like my meat to still be red.. and if its bleeding i'll prolly puke on it..... But I prefer to cook my own steak most of the time, cause i can cook it well done and have it still as tender as if it was rare..... I can cook a steak well done that you don't need a knife to cut.
Medium-rare, but blackened on the outside just a tad. I really only like steak made on a charcoal grill.
Medium-rare, a scarlet pink on the inside, and nice grilled sear marks on the outside. Drools.................
