How do you like your steak?

    I like mine medium-well
     
  4. Gotta say rare to medium rare.
     
  5. Medium - Medium Well for me. Depends on the quality of the steakhouse.
     
  6. Rare to medium rare. More on the rare side if the cook knows what they're doing.
     
  7. I like mine cooked so I don't see blood drippin off my plate.

  10. Still wigglin rare, but only if its a grade a cut, cheap steak blows.

  13. i say slap'em on the rump and tell it the bad news;)
     
  14. I like my steak done.... like i really don't like my meat to still be red.. and if its bleeding i'll prolly puke on it.....

    But I prefer to cook my own steak most of the time, cause i can cook it well done and have it still as tender as if it was rare..... I can cook a steak well done that you don't need a knife to cut.
     
  15. Medium-rare, but blackened on the outside just a tad. I really only like steak made on a charcoal grill.

  17. Medium-rare, a scarlet pink on the inside, and nice grilled sear marks on the outside.

  18. always medium rare. my boss made steak for lunch after the lunch shift and it was fuckin good.
     
  19. Get the grill at 600 degrees and sear each side for 1 minute, maybe less but no more.
