Greetings all! Right now, my veg lights turn ON at 5am and turn OFF at 11pm. 18/6. Tomorrow I switch to flower. 12/12. I want to have my lights turn OFF at 5am and turn ON at 5 pm. I usually DON'T slowly add more dark time every day before flipping. I usually just go from 18/6 to 12/12 on the day I flip 'em and it's always worked out great. My question is, what do y'all think is the best way for me to flip to 12/12? I can either... 1. Leave the lights on LONGER than usual and let them stay on from 5am Sunday morning and then shut them off at 5am Monday morning to start the 12/12 cycle. Thus giving them more LIGHT time that first day of flipping OR 2. I can let them turn off Sunday night at 11pm as usual, and not turn them back on until 5pm Monday night. Thus giving them more DARK time. Anyone have an opinion as to whether #1 or #2 is "better" and why? Thanks!
I go direct as the shortest way to any destination is a straight line, (unless a rumb line) I use a good timer I stress the word 'GOOD' as theirs many shit ones out their. note theirs been some great tech announcements by bugbee on YT on extended red being used to max out flowering times good luck
