    Seems like it would be a bitch to empty/clean if you put water in it.

    pour water down mouthpiece then blow into mouthpiece until the water fills both.

    I meant the second compartment, the one without the bowl. I know how to fill a regular bubbler.
    It took me 30 minutes to post that, I apologize for not being specific.
